I was a first time seller and had no idea what to expect.  I picked Marge Harris from the Remax website and wasnt disappointed at all!

On our very first meeting she came across very professional, knowledgeable as well as very kind.  She had a binder with all kinds of information about the selling process as well as all the listings from my area.  During this meeting she really took the time to explain everything that she was going to do in getting my place sold.

After that meeting I was just WOWED by her. My virtual tour/pictures were amazing AND she created a beautiful binder on my property for any potential buyers to take while walking through my property. I know all that is what sold my place quickly.

During the closing process she took me step by step through everything that was going to be done.  Any questions I had she immediately answered which made me feel like I was her only client when I knew I was not.
