From the first time I met with Marge Harris, I knew I could relate to her and that I was in great hands. She was willing to help me search for a home long-distance; I needed to move back to Illinois from Connecticut, but to an area I was basically unfamiliar with. I hadn't really refined my needs and wants, but not only did she hear my requests, she actually listened to and acted on them. Her advice and encouragement were invaluable.

Before I would come into town, Marge would compile a list of properties for me to preview on-line while she went to them physically to preview them. And, after traveling all over Lake County, looking at a variety of homes/areas with a variety of prices, I came to realize where I should be, what sort of development  I should be in, and where my investment dollars would go furthest.

When it came time for paperwork, she led me (and my son!) through every paragraph and every figure, patiently and clearly explaining all aspects of a very complex process to my satisfaction.
